Callio calls first, from a number your store owns — and takes the order
Outbound calls on ElevenLabs, placed from local, mobile or toll-free numbers you buy inside Comver. Callio opens with the shopper’s first name, answers the objection, names the discount code you allowed and sends a Shopify checkout link to their phone before they hang up. If nobody picks up, the text and then the email carry the same code.
- Up to 10 own numbers per store, warmed up over five days
- Mid-call catalog search and a checkout link by SMS
- Every call logged with recording, outcome and consent

First name, real product, real code — and a checkout link before goodbye
A Callio call is not a robocall. It opens with the shopper’s first name — in Polish with the correct grammatical inflection, built server-side — and talks about the product they actually left, with the discount code you allowed. Two server tools work while the call is live: catalog search across every variant, and a Shopify cart permalink that turns “yes, I’ll take two” into a checkout link in the shopper’s hand before they have hung up.
- Opens by first name; Polish greetings are inflected server-side. Chat runs in Polish, English, German, French or Spanish; the voice language is set per deployment
- Looks up the catalog mid-call — every variant, accessory-aware — and confirms quantity
- Sends the checkout link by SMS, email if SMS cannot go out; the delivery outcome lands on the call row
- Hands over to a human when it gets complicated — the case carries the transcript

“Hi Anna, this is Callio from BeautySkin. Your order is still waiting at checkout — was there anything you were unsure about? Code WELCOME10 takes 10% off if you would like to finish now.”
“Is the serum ok for sensitive skin? And could I make it two?”
Mid-call · server tools
“It is fragrance-free and tested on sensitive skin — that comes from your ingredients sheet. I have made it two and sent the checkout link to your phone; WELCOME10 is on it. You finish the payment in the store’s checkout.”
Calls first. Texts when the call cannot connect. Emails when the phone cannot reach at all.
Every campaign is a cascade, not a blast. The Abandoned-order preset waits 20 minutes, checks the order is still open, creates a single-use 10% code and calls. If the call cannot connect, the same code goes out as an SMS with the cart link the moment it fails; if there is no usable mobile number at all, the code goes by email 45 minutes later — instead of the shopper being dropped.
- Per-channel switches — Call · SMS · Email — that apply to runs already in flight
- Wait before the first attempt (0–20,160 minutes), discount 0–90% on or off, minimum previous orders
- SMS needs the shopper’s consent and a sender; email needs a verified domain — anything not connected is skipped at the step rather than failing the run

From numbers your store owns — not one shared across the platform
Callio calls and texts from numbers bought inside Comver and emails from a domain you verify. Until a store owns one, calls and texts go out from the shared Comver number and mail from the shared address — and the UI says so.
Buy a number in three steps. Keep it warm. Keep the shopper on it.

Built for commerce calls, not call centres
Everything below is configured inside Callio → Settings and read back in the call log. Nothing here needs a script written by you.
Own numbers, sticky to the shopper
Up to ten per store, local / mobile / toll-free, warm-up ramp, one Primary. Each shopper keeps hearing from the number they last heard from — calls and texts alike.
Mid-call catalog search
A server tool ElevenLabs calls during the conversation: every variant, accessory-aware, so “the 50 ml one” is a real product, not a guess.
Checkout link by SMS
A Shopify cart permalink sent to the shopper’s phone before they hang up, email if SMS cannot go out. Payment and shipping finish in Shopify.
Polish-aware greeting
The opening line inflects the first name correctly in Polish, built server-side; the storefront form ships English and Polish strings.
Chat → phone handover
From a support case, “Continue over the phone” → “Call this shopper”. The conversation, order and product travel as call context; the attempt is noted on the case.
Test call before anything is live
Place a test call from Settings to any E.164 number. It is recorded in the log with source “test” — and stays disabled until voice is configured.
From a number to the first recovered call
- 1
Buy a number
Search · Confirm the price · Assigned to Callio. Pick country, area code and type; a number is never reported as bought when it was not.
- 2
Verify your domain
Publish DKIM, SPF and DMARC, verify, set the default sender. Until then email goes out from the shared Comver address — labelled as such.
- 3
Place a test call
Hear Callio on your own phone. The call is recorded in the log with source “test”, recording and outcome included.
- 4
Switch on a campaign
Set the wait, the discount and the channels in the Reach → Channels → Timing → Review wizard. Then read the log: runs, answered, messages, attributed.
What a call can claim — and what it cannot
Comver keeps two marks apart. Recoverable revenue carries an ≈ and its arithmetic; attributed revenue is counted from orders that followed a Callio email or text. Calls carry no attribution of their own.
≈
Recoverable revenue
“12% of them × $AOV — an estimate until this has run.” Then your own completed runs.
SMS · email
Where “From Callio” is counted
Only orders that followed a Callio email or text. Calls carry no attribution of their own.
Shopify
Where checkout happens
Callio sends a cart link; payment, shipping and the receipt stay in Shopify.
Voice credentials (ElevenLabs API key, agent, agent phone number, webhook secret) are set by the Comver operator; Settings reports them as Detected or Missing. Recordings: very recent calls take a few minutes to assemble, and older ones are eventually deleted by the provider.
Frequently asked questions
The store’s own number, bought through Comver — country, area code, Local / Mobile / Toll-free, purpose Calls and SMS, Calls only or SMS only — up to ten per store, one marked Primary. Until a store owns one, calls and texts go out from the shared Comver number, and the UI says so.
A new number sends at 20%, 35%, 50%, 70% and 85% of its cap over five days — “Warming up — day N. Sending from it is capped at X per hour and Y per day so carriers do not read it as a spam burst.” After that it sends normally.
Each shopper stays on the number they last heard from — the call and the follow-up text come from the same number, so a reply or a call-back lands where the conversation started.
No. Callio can look up the catalog mid-call, confirm quantity and send a Shopify checkout link by SMS — email if SMS cannot go out — before the shopper hangs up. Payment, shipping and the receipt finish in Shopify checkout. The delivery outcome of that link is shown on the call row.
The call is logged as No answer and the campaign’s next arm fires: an SMS with the same code and the cart link, then an email if there is still no order — 45 minutes later for an abandoned order, a day later for a returning customer, three days for a VIP. Any of the three channels can be switched off per campaign, and the change applies to runs already in flight.
The opening line is inflected server-side so a Polish first name is greeted correctly, and the storefront order-by-phone block ships English and Polish strings chosen by storefront language. Chat can be set to auto, Polish, English, German, French or Spanish; the ElevenLabs agent voice and language are configured per deployment.
Yes. Settings → Numbers & providers has a Test call: enter an E.164 number and Callio calls it. The call is recorded in the log with source “test”, recording included. The button stays disabled until voice is configured.
No. Voice credentials — API key, agent, agent phone number, post-call webhook secret — are configured by the Comver operator. The merchant screen only reports each one as Detected or Missing, and no status is written ahead of the provider confirming it.
