The account page your customers come back to
A branded post-login dashboard served on your own domain through the Shopify App Proxy — /apps/comver/account. Powered by the Subscribe & Reward module.

Their routine, their orders, their savings — one page
“Welcome back, Anna. Manage your subscription, orders and rewards in one place.” Six numbers up top, then the routine: which products, at what discount, next delivery — with Edit, Add product, Change frequency, Skip next delivery, Pause, Cancel, Change delivery address and Subscription history. The actions run natively in the shopper’s Shopify account; the dashboard is where they find them.
- Nav: Overview · Subscribe & Reward · Build routine · Offers & Rewards · Orders · Savings · Points · Profile · Shop again · Sign out
- “Your Subscribe & Reward routine — 3 products selected — 15% discount unlocked” with “Total saved on this routine”
- Build routine for shoppers not yet subscribed: “Choose at least 3 products to unlock 15% off.”
Same layout, same data — your look
Pick Style 1 — Basic (theme-agnostic), Style 2 — Marketplace, Style 3 — Editorial, or Auto to match the store type. The styles change colour, corner radius and typography only. Branding and Design tabs override the essentials: brand name, accent, logo, welcome text, heading and body fonts, card radius, borders, backgrounds and the highlight gradient.
Style 1 — Basic
Theme-agnostic: neutral surfaces, your accent, medium radii. Reads well on any Shopify theme without further work.
What the store runs is what the shopper sees
A store with Subscribe & Reward gets the routine views. A marketplace store without subscriptions gets its Offers & Rewards deals instead. Switch the points program on and Points becomes its own tab. Nothing is shown for a module that is not there.
Subscribe & Reward
The routine with products, discount and next delivery; Edit / Add product / Change frequency / Skip / Pause / Resume / Cancel / Change address / history. Total saved on this routine.
Learn moreOrders
Every order with Buy again, Add to subscription, Track, View order and Reorder — and the points it earned (“+1,180 pts”).
Savings
Total saved, current recurring discount, free gifts received, deliveries completed; from subscription discount / free gifts / redeemed rewards; “You could save {amount}/year by keeping your routine active”.
Offers & Rewards
On marketplace stores: “Add {min} deals to your basket and unlock {percent}% off”, your reward code, rewards unlocked, discounts used, “Shop the deals”.
Learn morePoints
Your points, lifetime earned, your tier and the points to the next one, a rewards marketplace with Redeem gift, points history and how you earn.
Profile & preferences
Contact and delivery address, marketing preferences and — for beauty stores — “Your skin profile”: skin type, main goal, sensitivity.
An optional points program, configured — not hard-coded
Switch on the points program and shoppers earn on orders and subscriptions and redeem in a rewards marketplace shown as its own dashboard tab. You name the program and the currency, set the earn rules and tiers, and list the reward products.
- Earn rules (defaults): 10 points per currency unit; bonuses for the first subscription (250), renewals (100), a full routine (500), the second order (200) and newsletter signup (100)
- Tiers (defaults): Starter 0 · Routine Member 1,000 · VIP Subscriber 3,000 · Glow Club 6,000
- Reward products (defaults): Free sample 500 · Free shipping 800 · Travel size 1,500 · Mystery gift 2,500 · Full-size product 4,000 · Premium VIP gift 6,000

On your own domain at /apps/comver/account, served through the Shopify App Proxy. Shoppers reach it from your account menu or login popup, signed in with their Shopify identity — there is no separate login.
See orders (Buy again, Add to subscription, Track, Reorder), manage their Subscribe & Reward routine (edit products, change frequency, skip, pause, resume, cancel, change address, history), see savings, redeem points if the program is on, and keep their profile — including a skin profile on beauty stores.

The dashboard is powered by the Subscribe & Reward module and its subscription rules (minimum products, recurring discount, frequencies) are read from there. Views follow the modules the shop runs: a marketplace store without subscriptions gets its Offers & Rewards view instead of the routine.
The App Proxy must be registered (done on app deploy) and protected-customer-data access approved for orders. The Rules & link tab shows the proxy URL and names both requirements.
The surface degrades to a “Manage your subscription” panel that links into the native Shopify account. Nothing the shopper needs disappears — subscription management is native to Shopify either way.
No. It is a switch. When on, shoppers earn points on orders and subscriptions and redeem them in a rewards marketplace shown as its own tab; you set the program name, currency, earn rules, tiers and reward products.
