Callio calls the buyer first, from a number your company owns
The phone machinery already exists: outbound calls on ElevenLabs from local, mobile or toll-free numbers bought inside Comver, a catalog lookup while the call is live, a checkout link sent to the phone before goodbye, and a log with the recording and the outcome. Pointed at accounts it will open with the buyer by name, talk about the open quote or the usual order, and take the reorder on the call. Roadmap, no date announced.

“No status is ever written ahead of the provider confirming it.”
Every figure above describes the voice agent as it ships today for Shopify DTC stores. Calling buyers with account context — company, role, open quote, usual order — is roadmap, and no B2B measurement, customer or price appears on this page.
A buyer by name, a real SKU, a real quote — and an order link before goodbye
A Callio call is not a robocall today, and it will not become one for accounts. The left tab is the planned account call; the right one is the call that already runs for shoppers, and it is the mechanism the first will be built on.
Opens with the buyer, names the quote, offers the usual quantities
Planned: Callio opens by first name, says why it is calling — a quote left open, a reorder past its usual rhythm, a price list that changed — offers to put the usual quantities on an order and texts the link. If the buyer would rather speak to a person, it hands over to the rep who owns the account with the transcript attached. Account context, quote and purchase-order objects and rep assignment are all roadmap.
Key account gone quiet · calling the buyer from a number your store owns
“Hi Marta, it’s Callio. It has been a while since your last order — shall I raise the usual quantities and text you the order link, or would you rather your rep called back?”
Account campaigns · planned presets
Every preset calls first, texts when the call cannot connect and emails when the phone cannot reach — the cascade Callio runs for shoppers today.
Calls first. Texts when the call cannot connect. Emails when the phone cannot reach at all.
Every campaign is a cascade, not a blast — and this part is already live. The shipped Abandoned-order preset waits 20 minutes, checks the order is still open, creates a single-use code and calls; if the call cannot connect the same code goes out as a text the moment it fails; if there is no usable mobile number at all, the email carries it later. An account campaign will run the same shape, with a quote reference or the usual order in place of the cart.
- Per-channel switches — Call · SMS · Email — that apply to runs already in flight
- Wait before the first attempt (0–20,160 minutes), discount limits on or off, minimum previous orders
- SMS needs consent and a sender; email needs a verified domain — anything not connected is skipped at the step rather than failing the run

From numbers your company owns — not one shared across the platform
This is the part a B2B seller can already set up: Callio calls and texts from numbers bought inside Comver and emails from a domain you verify. Until a store owns one, calls and texts go out from the shared Comver number and mail from the shared address — and the interface says so.
Buy a number in three steps. Keep it warm. Keep the buyer on it.
Country, area code, Local / Mobile / Toll-free, purpose Calls and SMS · Calls only · SMS only — up to ten per store, one marked Primary, any of them released from its row. New numbers warm up over five days (20 → 35 → 50 → 70 → 85% of the sending cap), and each contact stays on the number they last heard from, so a buyer’s call-back lands where the conversation started.

Abandoned order #218
Built for commerce calls, not call centres
The first four are shipping today and will carry straight over. The last two are the account layer — named as roadmap, not implied.
Own numbers, sticky to the contact
Up to ten per store, local / mobile / toll-free, warm-up ramp, one Primary. Everyone keeps hearing from the number they last heard from — calls and texts alike.
Mid-call catalog search
A server tool the voice provider calls during the conversation: every variant, accessory-aware, so “the 30 ml case” is a real SKU rather than a guess.
Order link before they hang up
A Shopify cart permalink sent to the phone mid-call, email if SMS cannot go out. Payment, shipping and the receipt finish in Shopify checkout.
Test call before anything is live
Place a test call from Settings to any E.164 number. It is recorded in the log with source “test”, and stays disabled until voice is configured.
Account context on the call
The company, the buyer’s role, the last order and the open quote handed to the agent as context, so the call opens knowing who it is talking to.
Handover to the owning rep
“Needs a human” routed to the rep who owns the account rather than a shared queue — which needs rep seats with account ownership.
From a number to the first recovered reorder
The first three steps you can do today on any Shopify store. The fourth is what the waitlist is for.
- 1
Buy a number
Search · Confirm the price · Assigned to Callio. Pick country, area code and type; a number is never reported as bought when it was not.
- 2
Verify your domain
Publish DKIM, SPF and DMARC, verify, set the default sender. Until then email goes out from the shared Comver address — labelled as such.
- 3
Place a test call
Hear Callio on your own phone. The call is recorded in the log with source “test”, recording and outcome included.
- 4
Tell us how you quote and reorder
Join the B2B waitlist and describe your quote cycle, price tiers and rep coverage. Account campaigns are built from those conversations.
What a call can claim — and what it cannot
Comver keeps two marks apart. Recoverable revenue carries an ≈ and its arithmetic; attributed revenue is counted from orders that followed a Callio email or text. Calls carry no attribution of their own.

Voice credentials (API key, agent, agent phone number, webhook secret) are set by the Comver operator; Settings reports them as Detected or Missing. Recordings take a few minutes to assemble and are eventually deleted by the provider. Account context, quote and purchase-order objects and rep assignment do not exist in the product yet — they are what AI B2B Commerce adds.
Frequently asked questions
It can call any contact a Shopify store knows, from a number the store owns — that part ships now. What it cannot do yet is open the call knowing the company, the buyer’s role, the open quote and the usual order, because none of those objects exist in the product. That account layer is what AI B2B Commerce adds, and no release date has been announced.
Your own, bought through Comver — country, area code, Local / Mobile / Toll-free, purpose Calls and SMS, Calls only or SMS only — up to ten per store, one marked Primary. Until you own one, calls and texts go out from the shared Comver number and the interface says so. Each contact stays on the number they last heard from.
A new number sends at 20%, 35%, 50%, 70% and 85% of its cap over five days — “Warming up — day N. Sending from it is capped at X per hour and Y per day so carriers do not read it as a spam burst.” After that it sends normally.
No, and it will not for accounts either. Callio looks up the catalog mid-call, confirms quantity and sends a Shopify checkout link by SMS, with email as the fallback. For accounts the intent is a buyer-priced link — a draft order rather than a plain cart. Payment, shipping and the receipt finish in Shopify; Callio never takes a card number.
The call is logged as No answer and the campaign’s next arm fires: a text carrying the same offer and link, then an email if there is still no order. Any of the three channels can be switched off per campaign, and the change applies to runs already in flight.
Callio hands over. Today the conversation lands in a queue with the transcript, the product and the Shopify order attached. Routing that case to the rep who owns the account needs rep seats — workspace members with account ownership — which are on the roadmap alongside the account model.
The opening line is inflected server-side so a Polish first name is greeted correctly, and the storefront blocks ship English and Polish strings chosen by storefront language. Chat can be set to auto, Polish, English, German, French or Spanish; the voice agent’s voice and language are configured per deployment.
No. Voice credentials — API key, agent, agent phone number, post-call webhook secret — are configured by the Comver operator. The merchant screen only reports each one as Detected or Missing, and no status is written ahead of the provider confirming it.
