Callio and five agents.
One store brain.
Every Comver agent reads the same rows — Shopify products, orders and customers, behaviour sessions and events, the seven-stage pipeline, 56 shared audiences and the state of every revenue module. Callio acts on the shoppers who left; Copilot tells you what to fix first; Personalization, Creator, Ads and Competition sharpen the storefront around them. Nothing is modelled where it can be counted.
- One Shopify app, one workspace, one sign-in
- Counted revenue and labelled estimates, never blended
- Checkout, payment and shipping stay in Shopify

Agents on one store brain
Callio (flagship) · Copilot · Personalization · Creator · Ads · Competition — three of them in beta
17
Data sources, each shown live or not
Every source is marked Connected or Unavailable — agents reason over what is connected, never over assumptions
56
Shared intent audiences
One segment library for Visitors, Callio campaigns and Personalization experiences
60–90 s
Read-only storefront scan
Copilot scores the store 0–100 with a target of 70+ and hands every agent the same evidence
Callio, Copilot and four specialists — each with a job
Every agent lives in the same Comver workspace, signs in with the store’s Shopify identity and reads the same rows. Callio creates most of the value; the others sharpen what it and the storefront can do.
Voice & chat commerce agent
Phones the shoppers who left, texts when the call cannot connect, emails when the phone cannot reach — and answers, recommends and takes orders in storefront chat. Checkout stays in Shopify.

- Pipeline stages, segments, knowledge base, orders
- Acts
- Calls, SMS, email from your own numbers and domain; chat on PDP and cart
Your store’s AI analyst
A read-only 60–90 s storefront scan, a CRO score with a target of 70+, a daily brief and a ranked queue of evidence-backed actions you can apply, measure and revert.
- Reads
- 17 data sources, each shown Connected or Unavailable
- Acts
- Reversible changes on Comver modules — policy-bounded Autopilot
A different storefront per segment
Show a chosen segment a tailored experience or AI-generated page variant and prove it with template A/B tests measured on real add-to-cart and checkout events. Plus popups, audiences, journeys and newsletters.
- Reads
- The shared 56-audience segment library and behaviour
- Acts
- Experiences, page variants, popups, journeys, newsletters
Writes the page, then optimises it
Writes a conversion-first product page — 12–18 sections, AI visuals, a quality score — published as a new Shopify template that never overwrites the live one, then runs an 18-area CRO scan → diagnosis → Variant B.
- Reads
- Your catalogue, brand tone and the CRO evidence
- Acts
- New product templates and optimised variants in Shopify
Which traffic creates real demand
Joins Meta, Google and TikTok spend to Shopify revenue across 15 measured sources — platform-reported, Comver-attributed and total kept apart — and proposes budget, pause and creative decisions you approve, edit or dismiss.
- Reads
- Ad platforms, traffic sources, Shopify orders
- Acts
- Rule-based recommendations with an audit log — nothing without approval
Watches rival Shopify storefronts
Verifies each competitor is a Shopify store, screenshots home, product page and cart, diffs consecutive snapshots and turns only real changes into ranked alerts with a Copilot interpretation and a response.
- Reads
- Public competitor storefronts and your own CRO score
- Acts
- Alerts and responses routed into the Action Plan
The same rows, read by every agent
Comver does not give each agent its own copy of the store. Shopify products, orders and customers are read live from the Admin API; behaviour sessions and events arrive from one storefront tracking embed; every person sits in one seven-stage pipeline; and 56 intent audiences live in one segment library. Each agent reads the sources it needs and writes its outcome back where the others can see it.
- One segment library: an audience built in Visitors is the same audience Callio phones and Personalization shows a different storefront to
- One action queue: Copilot recommendations, CRO-audit issues and inactive modules land in the AI Action Plan and route to the agent that can execute them
- One honesty rule: recoverable revenue carries an ≈ and its arithmetic; “From Callio” is only written when an order followed a message
Where the agents show up together
No agent is a separate app. The command center, the Action Plan and the segment library are the three places you see them side by side — each figure counted from your own store or marked as an estimate.

Six agents, no overlap
Each job belongs to exactly one agent. Callio is the flagship and the only agent that speaks to shoppers; Copilot is the only one that changes a module on its own — and only inside the policy you set.

From install to a working agent stack
One Shopify app is the connector; the product runs on the Comver domain. Agents switch on in the order they earn their keep.
- 1
Install and sign in
Install the Comver Shopify app. “Open Comver” signs you in with the store’s Shopify identity — no password — and only asks for the permissions the modules you activate need.
- 2
Connect the data
Products, orders and customers arrive from the Admin API. Turn on the storefront tracking embed and behaviour sessions, events, heatmaps and funnels start filling within a minute of real visits.
- 3
Scan, then call
Run the read-only storefront scan for a CRO score, a brief and the first ranked actions. Switch on a Callio campaign and see what it is worth before it runs.
- 4
Add specialists as you go
Personalization for segment experiences and A/B tests; Creator, Ads and Competition — in beta — for product pages, paid traffic and rivals. Each is a sidebar row, not a new login.
Estimates say so. Beta says so.
Comver keeps facts, estimates and unfinished work visibly apart across every agent — the marks are the same on every screen.
≈
Every estimate carries the mark
Recoverable revenue, module uplift ranges (“typical, not measured”) and monthly potential are labelled estimates
$
Attributed revenue is counted
“From Callio” appears only when an order followed a message; module revenue only when an order carries its code or cart
3
Agents in beta, badged in the product
Creator, Ads and Competition carry a Beta badge in the sidebar and here — their pages say what is live today
Missing inputs are shown explicitly. Copilot names unavailable sources instead of filling gaps with assumptions — every agent inherits the same rule.
Frequently asked questions
Callio. It acts on the people the store already knows — abandoned checkouts, returning customers looking again, quiet VIPs — and it is the agent whose revenue is counted rather than modelled. Run the Copilot scan on the same day: it is read-only, takes 60–90 seconds and ranks what to fix on the storefront itself.
They share it. One Shopify app connects products, orders and customers; one storefront tracking embed feeds behaviour; one segment library holds the 56 audiences; one pipeline holds every person. An agent only needs its own setup where it speaks through a channel — Callio needs a phone number and a verified sending domain, for example.
Creator, Ads and Competition carry a Beta badge in the product sidebar and on this site. Callio, Copilot and Personalization do not. Each beta page states what is live today and what is still being wired — Ads, for instance, shows a labelled demo dataset until ad-platform connectors are connected for your store.
Only Copilot, only if you turn Autopilot on with the explicit consent checkbox, and only for low-risk, reversible changes to Comver-controlled modules — Bundling & Upsells, Offers and Cart Rewards — above your confidence threshold and within daily and weekly limits. Checkout, speed and pricing changes always stay manual. Every other agent proposes; you approve.
Callio is the flagship and the only agent that speaks to shoppers — on the phone, by text and email, and in storefront chat. The other agents read the same store and improve what shoppers see or tell you what to fix; Callio brings the order home. Its journeys and campaigns are also where Personalization audiences and newsletter clicks get acted on.
Two marks, never blended. Estimates carry an ≈ with the arithmetic shown — recoverable revenue, module uplift ranges, monthly potential. Counted revenue appears only when an order followed a Callio message or carries a module’s discount code or cart token. Nothing is written as recovered until it has been measured.
No. Agents run in the Comver workspace; storefront pieces — Callio chat, order by phone, revenue modules, behaviour tracking — are Shopify theme app embeds and blocks you switch on from Comver’s Settings, not the theme editor. Creator publishes new product templates and never overwrites a live one.
No. Billing stays in Shopify and there is no per-agent price — the pricing page lists what each plan includes, and a 14-day free trial starts with no charge. Callio’s phone numbers and sending domains are bought inside Comver per store.
Give your store six agents that agree
Install Comver, connect the data once and let Callio make the first call while Copilot ranks what to fix. Add the specialists as your store grows — same rows, same rules, same workspace.
