Who was on your store, what they wanted — and whether you can reach them
Visitors lists every tracked storefront session newest first, scores it for buying intent on an explainable 0–100 scale and resolves it to the person behind it — name, email, phone, orders and lifetime value, where your store genuinely has them. The same visitors are grouped into 56 pre-made intent audiences you can hand to Callio, a flow or an on-site experience before the intent decays.
- Real sessions only — nothing shown until visits arrive
- Every intent point listed, nothing hidden in a model
- Consent-aware Email / SMS reachability

Every session, resolved to the person behind it
The Comver Behaviour app embed records page and product views, clicks, scroll depth, cart and checkout events on your storefront. Visitors takes each session and asks the Unified Segments engine who it was — a Shopify customer id captured while they were logged in, a synchronized customer record, or an email. When there is a match you see the name, orders and lifetime value; when there is not, the row honestly reads “Anonymous visitor #a1b2c3”. Nothing is invented and no sample data is shown: sessions appear only once real visits arrive.
- Eight columns per row: Visitor · When · Source · Session · Intent · Contactable · Purchases · Lifetime value
- Contactable is consent-aware — Email and SMS read yes, no consent, none or unknown, using the same logic as the segment reach counts
- Filter by identity (Known customer, Anonymous, Has purchased, Contactable), intent band, traffic source and date, or search by visitor, product or page

An intent score you can read like a receipt
Every session carries a 0–100 intent score built from product views, dwell time, event count, cart opened, add to cart, checkout started and whether the visitor is known — capped at 100 and bucketed into five bands, so the histogram shows where the last 30 days of traffic sits. Open a session and the score is itemised: “Added to cart +23”, “Checkout started +30”, “Known / returning +5”, with detected friction such as cart hesitation or repeated clicks called out by name. 60 and above is High.
- Intent distribution across five bands: 0–19 · 20–39 · 40–59 · 60–79 · 80–100
- Filters High (60+), Medium and Low, with a live “N of M sessions match” count
- Signals in, friction out — the drawer shows the points behind the number, never a black-box probability
Explainable intent
Score from product views, duration, cart, checkout and resolved visitor identity. Every point is listed below.
Friction subtracts too — repeated rage clicks take points away and are shown as their own red chip.
Recommended activation: High-value consideration; activate before intent decays.
One click from the row to the whole story
Click any row and the drawer opens: identity evidence, a live Shopify order summary, session meta, the pages visited, a Copilot summary written from the real events, the explainable intent panel and the full event timeline. From there — Open customer record, Create segment, then Create journey or Generate experience.
A few sentences written from the events, not from a template
Copilot reads the tracked events of that one session and says what happened, where the shopper hesitated and what to do next — with the number of events and pages it drew on shown under the text. If there is not enough data, or no AI provider is configured, it says so instead of guessing.
Copilot session summary
Written from this session’s tracked events
Anna arrived from a Google Ads click on the Glow Renewal Serum, read the reviews and compared the 30 ml and 50 ml sizes before adding the 30 ml to her cart. She opened the cart twice and went to Shipping & returns without starting checkout — a delivery-cost hesitation rather than a product doubt. She is a known customer with three orders and email consent; a shipping reassurance by email, or a Callio call within the hour, is the shortest route to the order.

56 audiences, already built — sized from your own store
Under the sessions sits a library of 56 pre-made intent audiences — High Intent Visitors, Added to Cart No Purchase, Checkout Started No Purchase, Visitors From AI Search No Purchase, VIP Customers and more — plus anything you build yourself. Every card is scored against your own customers and 90 days of tracked behaviour: counted visitors, customers, revenue and conversion; reach by email, SMS and on-site; and a recoverable-revenue figure per month that is always marked ≈ because it is modelled, never counted.
- Default view: top 5 ranked by conversion, filtered to High intent; sort by opportunity score, revenue, visitors, customers, conversion, abandonment or last updated
- Detail dialog with 12 metrics, four channel-eligibility stats, a Members table, a behaviour timeline and AI insights
- Four actions on every segment — Create audience, Create personalization, Create flow, Create campaign; 37 are campaignable via Callio, 19 are on-site only

SegmentEvery session belongs to somebody in one of seven stages
Customers, Visitors and Behaviour share one strip under the header: Browsing → Identified → Ready to buy → First order → Returning → VIP → Slipping away, each with a live count and the rule behind it. On the right: People, Contactable (email · SMS), Recoverable / month marked ≈, Callio (live campaigns · enrolled) and From Callio / month. Two kinds of number, never blended — recoverable is modelled from stage, order history and your average order value; From Callio is counted from orders that followed a Callio email or text.
- Every stage pill links to that column on Customers; every name in the table opens the person’s record
- Recoverable revenue is “always modelled, never counted” — segments overlap, so their figures are never summed into one total
- From Callio counts orders that followed a Callio email or text; calls carry no attribution of their own

Sessions resolve to people
Each session is scored for intent and matched to a person through the Unified Segments engine — the customer record, the storefront login or an email — with consent-aware Email / SMS reachability copied from the same engine, so the table and the segment cards never disagree.

Frequently asked questions
The Comver Behaviour app embed on your storefront records page and product views, clicks, scroll depth, add-to-cart, cart opens, checkout clicks, form submits (never field values) and rage clicks. A visitor id persists in the browser; a session ends after 30 minutes of inactivity. Only real visits appear — there are no sample sessions. To start you need the Comver Shopify app and the app embed enabled in the live theme.
A session is “Known customer” only when the engine can match it — a Shopify customer id captured while the shopper was logged in, a synchronized customer record, or an email. Otherwise it is honestly labelled “Anonymous visitor #xxxxxx”. The drawer tells you how the match was made: “Matched to a synchronized customer record”, “Identified on the storefront; no synchronized customer record yet” or “Matched by email address”.
An explainable 0–100 score built from product views, dwell time, event count, cart opened, add to cart, checkout started and whether the visitor is known. The drawer lists every signal with its points — “Added to cart +23”, “Checkout started +30”, “Rage-click friction −5” — and names the detected friction. 60 and above is High, 35–59 Medium, below 35 Low.
The Contactable column shows Email and SMS as “yes” (identifier present and marketing consent allows contact), “no consent”, “none” or “unknown” — the same consent logic the segment reach counts use. Anonymous visitors can be reached on-site (personalization, popups) or through paid retargeting.
56 pre-made segments across high intent, traffic source, lifecycle, purchase behaviour and risk, plus anything you build in the Custom segment builder. Definitions are fixed; every metric is computed from your own customers and the last 90 days of tracked behaviour, and shows “—” rather than a fake zero when nothing is measured.
No — it is always marked ≈ and described as “Always modelled, never counted.” It is sized from your store’s own average order value (or a disclosed fallback) and the segment’s unconverted cart and checkout intent. Segments overlap, so their figures are never added into one total. Only “From Callio” is counted, from orders that followed a Callio email or text.
Create flow, Create audience, Create personalization, Create campaign, or Start a Callio campaign (calls, SMS, email). 37 of the 56 segments are campaignable; the other 19 — defined by browsing signals such as scroll depth, time on site or coupon intent — say “Not campaignable” and are worked on-site instead.
Customers is who they are and what to do about them — the seven-stage pipeline. Visitors is who was here and which audience they belong to. Behaviour is what they actually did: the same session table with extra columns (Strongest signal, Outcome, Recommended next step), device and country filters, page heatmaps and session replays.
