Everything you need to understand revenue recovery
Guides, answered questions, honest rollout playbooks and the story behind Comver — written the same way the product is built: every number counted, or labelled as an estimate.
How revenue recovery works: counted vs. modelled
Comver keeps two marks apart. Recoverable revenue carries an ≈ and its arithmetic; attributed revenue is written only once an order followed a message. Here is how to read every screen.
Estimate
≈
“shoppers × AOV × share — until this has run”
Counted
$
from orders that followed a Callio email or text
Does Callio take payment on the phone?
No. Callio can look up the catalog mid-call and send a Shopify checkout link by SMS. Checkout, payment and shipping always remain in Shopify.

Two marks. No blended numbers.
Every figure in Comver is one of two things. An estimate — marked ≈, with its arithmetic written next to it and the sentence “an estimate until this has run”. Or a count — revenue from orders that carried a module’s discount code, came from a cart it touched, or followed a Callio email or text. The two are never added together, and where nothing has been measured the product shows “—” rather than a plausible number.
- Recoverable revenue: shoppers who matched × your AOV × a stated share — always ≈
- Attributed revenue: written at order time, refunds as negative rows — always counted
- Missing inputs are shown explicitly; Copilot will not replace them with assumptions
Recoverable revenue
estimate≈ $9,120
38 shoppers matched the trigger in the last 30 days × $240 AOV × 12% — an estimate until this has run.
Attributed · From Callio
counted$4,860
Orders that followed a Callio email or text. Shows “—” until that happens.
Revenue modules · how an order is attributed
written at order timeBundling & Upsells
Order carried the discount code the module applied
Cart Rewards
Order came from a cart the drawer touched
Offers & Rewards
Reward code redeemed with the minimum offer products in the cart
Refunds write negative rows. Nothing here is estimated in the meantime.
Six evergreen guides, one honest voice
Short reads that explain how each part of Comver works and how to run it well. Until the long-form versions publish, each guide opens the answered questions on the same topic.

Defined the way the product uses them — with the mark each one carries.
Conversion rate
Orders divided by sessions. Comver’s CRO score (0–100, target 70+) explains why it is underperforming; revenue-module ranges such as “+3–11% conversion” are labelled typical, not measured.
Average order value
Revenue divided by orders. Comver uses your store’s own AOV — never a benchmark — inside every estimate, and shows the arithmetic next to the number.
Lifetime value
What a person has spent with you so far, counted from real orders. It sits on every customer record and decides stages such as VIP (2+ orders, $500+ lifetime, active within 90 days).
Turning the traffic you already have into orders you can count: the shoppers who left, the VIPs who went quiet, the checkouts that stalled. “From Callio” is only ever written once an order followed a message.
An explainable score built from product views, dwell time, cart, checkout and resolved identity. Every signal and its points are listed; 60+ is “High”. Rage clicks subtract.
How an outcome is tied to a cause. Modules attribute by discount code or cart token at order time; Callio by an order that followed an email or text; estimates are marked ≈ until then. Nothing is blended.
Start with a scan, not a sales call
The AI Commerce Scan reads your public storefront in 60–90 seconds — nothing is applied to your store — and returns a CRO score, the top conversion issues and a directional revenue-leak range. It is how most teams meet Comver.
