Reviews a shopper believes — collected, verified, disclosed
Trust AI collects, imports, moderates and showcases truthful reviews. AI drafts from real customer feedback, translates and summarises — and says so on every review it touched. Three storefront widgets — slider, section, badge — rendered by your theme; a Verified purchase badge only ever for a review matched to a real Shopify order.
- Import from Judge.me, Loox, Yotpo, Okendo or CSV
- AI-assisted reviews always disclosed
- Slider · section · badge, configured in Comver

Light and fast to absorb
Sits well under sunscreen. Wish the bottle were bigger — that is the only note.

Typical, not measured. Inside the module the revenue figure is labelled an estimate
The estimated impact is typical, not measured; the module’s own “Est. revenue impact” is a labelled estimate (~4.2% PDP uplift × approved reviews × an assumed AOV). Numbers in the mock-ups are illustrative.
Three surfaces. One truthful source.
A social-proof rating badge — avatars, stars, rating, count and “Verified” — sits near Add to cart. A review slider carries the best cards across the homepage or product page. The full review section brings the rating summary, the 5→1 distribution, filters and sort, a media strip, merchant replies, a “Write a review” flow and load more. All three are configured in Comver and rendered by your theme.
- Slider: placement, visible cards, card style (Bordered / Soft shadow / Minimal), products shown, verified badge, avatars, autoplay, arrows
- Section: 1–3 columns, reviews per page, default sort, empty-state text, media strip, merchant replies, dates, locations, filters, distribution
- Badge: Compact or Full, this product’s rating or store-wide, avatars / stars / number / count / verified

Bought the routine bundle. Serum + cream is the pair that made the difference.
Approve, reply, pin — every review, every source
The Reviews view is the moderation desk. Search, filter by product, status, source, rating, verification and media, then act on each row: Approve, Reply, Edit, AI reply, Hide, Pin, Feature, Delete. Every review carries two badges — its source (Customer submitted / Imported / Merchant added / AI-assisted / AI demo / Merchant provided) and its verification (Verified purchase / Unverified / Merchant verified / AI-generated / Demo).
- Auto-approve verified purchases — reviews matched to a real order skip moderation — or auto-approve everything; your choice in Settings
- “Add review” asks for a source label first: it is required for compliance
- A coverage strip at the bottom of every view: Verified purchase · With photo or video · AI-assisted, disclosed

AI helps — and says so
The studio drafts reviews from real customer feedback, translates, writes reply drafts and produces a product summary of what customers actually love. Every AI-assisted review is saved as a pending draft, labelled “AI-assisted, based on customer feedback”, moderated like any other and never marked as a verified purchase. AI demo reviews stay in preview and are excluded from schema.org ratings.
- Single draft from feedback: one real customer note in, one clean pending draft out
- Review summary: what customers love, top benefits and highlights — from real reviews
- AI reviews configurator for a product: control the AI/real mix, rating spread, style (Authentic / Enthusiastic / Calm / Expert), language (pl / en / de / fr / es), region and photos — AI UGC photos are labelled AI-generated

No sting, less tired-looking skin
Really good serum — no stinging, and after about two weeks my skin looks less tired. Only note: the bottle is on the small side.
AI-assisted, based on customer feedbackSaved as a pending AI-assisted draft. It goes through moderation like every other review, and it can never carry a Verified purchase badge.

Bring your proof with you
Switching review apps should not mean starting from zero stars. Pick the source platform — Judge.me, Loox, Yotpo, Okendo or a plain CSV — upload the file or paste the export, check the auto-detected field mapping and import. Row issues are listed, the import history is kept, and every imported review is labelled Imported.
- Auto-detected columns: customer name, rating, title, review, product, image URL, date
- Imported reviews are never marked as a verified Shopify purchase — that badge is reserved for a matched order
- Storefront sources are toggled per source in Settings, so imported proof can be shown, or not, on your terms

Truthful reviews, by design.
- Verified purchase only for reviews matched to a real Shopify order.
- AI-assisted and imported reviews always carry a disclosure label.
- AI demo reviews stay in preview and out of schema.org ratings.
Truthful reviews, by design
Trust AI is built so a shopper can believe what they read — and so a merchant can switch on AI help without misrepresenting anything.

Way to earn “Verified purchase”
Only customer-submitted reviews matched to a real Shopify order can show the badge
100%
AI-assisted and imported reviews labelled
The disclosure label is required in Settings and travels with the review

AI demo reviews in schema.org
Demo output stays in preview and is excluded from AggregateRating / Review markup
schema.org AggregateRating / Review markup is emitted only for compliant (non-demo, non-AI-generated) reviews. Review-request emails are planned — the settings save, but no emails are sent until an email engine is connected.
From zero to a live review section
- 1
Add or import reviews
Import from Judge.me, Loox, Yotpo, Okendo or CSV, or add reviews with a source label. Verified purchases can auto-approve.
- 2
Use the AI review studio
Draft from real feedback, translate, summarise. Everything AI touched is labelled and waits in the pending queue.
- 3
Moderate & publish
Approve, reply, pin and feature. Set the minimum rating widgets display — lower reviews are still collected and still count in the average.
- 4
Configure widgets
Switch on the slider, section and badge, pick placement and style, and enable the three theme blocks once. Comver drives the settings from then on.
Frequently asked questions
Trust AI drafts from real customer feedback and labels the result “AI-assisted, based on customer feedback”. AI-assisted reviews wait as pending drafts, go through moderation like any other and can never carry a Verified purchase badge. AI demo reviews stay in preview only and are excluded from schema.org ratings. Disclosure and allowed sources are controlled in Settings.
Yes — Judge.me, Loox, Yotpo, Okendo or a generic CSV. Upload or paste the export, check the auto-detected field mapping and import. Imported reviews are labelled Imported and are never marked as a verified Shopify purchase.
Only a customer-submitted review matched to a real Shopify order. Merchant-verified reviews show “Verified review” instead. Nothing imported or AI-assisted can be marked a verified purchase.
A review slider (homepage, product page, collection or custom embed), a full review section for the product page, and a compact social-proof badge for the product hero or next to Add to cart. Each has its own live switch and settings in Comver; the theme blocks are enabled once.
Review requests are planned — backend ready. The Requests view saves the trigger (after fulfilment, delivery or order), delay, subject, body and optional incentive, but no emails are sent until an email engine is connected. Nothing is faked in the meantime.
You set a minimum rating for the widgets. Reviews below it are still collected and still counted in the average — they are only hidden from the widgets. You can also hide individual reviews from the moderation desk.
Total reviews, average rating, verified reviews, products with reviews, the pipeline (pending, with media, AI-assisted, featured) and coverage. Storefront events record slider and section views, badge views, card opens, write-review opens and submissions. Proof has no click goal, so “Est. revenue impact” is a labelled estimate, not attribution.
The widgets are configured in Comver — copy, placement, style, toggles, branding. The theme setup card lists the four steps to add the slider, section and badge blocks to your theme once; after that, what you save in Comver drives them.
Put proof a shopper can believe on every product page
Import what you have, moderate what comes in, let AI help where it says so — and switch on the slider, the section and the badge from Comver.
