Show each account segment the catalog it buys from
Personalization already pairs a segment with a tailored page variant or message and proves the lift with template A/B tests measured on real events. Its B2B twin will point that at price lists and catalogs: a tier-2 distributor sees its own pricing and pallet bundles, a new account sees onboarding proof and terms, and the catalog template that wins is the one the numbers support. On the roadmap, with no date announced.

One account segment. One catalog they recognise.
An experience is a rule: show a chosen segment a tailored template or message on a placement. Today that is a product page, collection, cart or homepage for a shopper segment. For accounts it will be the catalog and the price list — a tier-2 distributor seeing its own tiers, pallet bundles and terms; a brand-new account seeing onboarding proof, lead times and the case study that answers its objection. Priority ordering, drafts, previews and one-click pause all work the way they do now.
- Four-step wizard — Basics → Template → Content → Preview — with a priority from 1 to 100 and an AI summary per rule
- Page variants are real Shopify template files in your live theme: open and edit them in the theme editor, nothing is locked away
- Everything is a draft until you activate it, and the preview opens on your own storefront first
- Honest caveat: automatic segment-based delivery is still rolling out to themes even for DTC — A/B tests, popups and journeys run today

Two templates. Real buyers. A winner you can trust.
Test two Shopify templates head-to-head. Variant A is the challenger — an existing template or one Comver AI generates; variant B is your current theme. Set the split from 10 to 90 percent, name the hypothesis, pick the goal, and start. The storefront script buckets each visitor once, switches the page a single time per session and records the events. For B2B the goal changes shape — add to order, quote requested, reorder completed — but the statistics do not.
- Results per variant with “+x% vs control” and a Winner badge only when the test earns one
- Two-proportion z-test: below 100 sessions per variant it stays “low confidence” and no winner is declared; z ≥ 1.96 is medium (≈95%), z ≥ 2.58 is high (≈99%)
- Buyers are bucketed deterministically, so the same person always sees the same catalog across sessions
- The AI recommendation is in plain words — “Variant A is winning with high confidence” or “Control is holding up”

Journeys that carry consent and measurement with them
The journey editor is a drag-and-drop canvas: a Comver signal starts it, then delays, conditional splits, A/B splits and steps for email, SMS, a Callio voice call, an on-site experience, a discount, a webhook, a tag or an audience move. For accounts the triggers become account-shaped — a price-list page opened without a quote, a reorder window passed, a spec sheet downloaded twice — and the voice step is where Callio picks up the phone. Nothing goes out to a suppressed or unsubscribed destination; that is blocked before any provider request.
- Planned account triggers: price list viewed without a quote · reorder window passed · quote opened and not returned to · spec sheet downloaded repeatedly
- Voice, SMS and email in one flow, from numbers and domains your store owns
- Journey health — audience, actions, logic, runs recorded — and every recent run with its status

Everything around the catalog, on the same segments
One segments engine feeds Buyers, Callio and Personalization. Members and metrics are always computed from live Shopify and Comver data — never a cached guess — and the B2B twin will add company and role to the same rule builder.

56 pre-made definitions today, each with a recommended action and reasoning. Account segments — tier, territory, buying role, reorder rhythm — are planned on the same engine.

Counted where it can be. ≈ where it cannot.
Sessions, rates, views, submissions and attributed orders are counted from events and orders. Monthly opportunity and recoverable revenue are modelled from your own averages and always carry the estimate mark. That rule carries over to accounts unchanged.

Segments overlap, so an account in three of them is sized three times. Nothing above “low confidence” is claimed under about 100 sessions per variant — and the account experiences on this page are a roadmap addition, not a shipped feature.
Frequently asked questions
No. Personalization ships today for Shopify DTC stores: segment-to-experience rules, AI page variants, template A/B tests, popups, audiences, journeys, campaigns and newsletters. Price-list and account-segment catalog experiences are on the roadmap and depend on the company and price-list model Comver does not have yet.
A rule that pairs a segment with a placement and either an alternate Shopify template, a message, or both. It has a priority, a status — draft, active, paused, archived — and can be duplicated, edited, paused or deleted. For B2B the placement would be the catalog, the price-list page or the quote form, and the segment would carry the company and the buying role.
The intention is to serve a catalog template per account segment and let Shopify’s own B2B price lists carry the prices — Comver would decide which template and which supporting content a segment sees, not invent a second pricing system. Exact behaviour depends on Shopify’s B2B APIs and will be confirmed closer to release.
Visitors are bucketed deterministically, so the same person always sees the same variant, split per your slider from 10 to 90 percent. The storefront script records the view and the conversion event. Results use a two-proportion z-test: below 100 sessions per variant the label is “low confidence” and no winner is declared; z ≥ 1.96 is medium (≈95%), z ≥ 2.58 is high (≈99%).
No. Page variants are generated into your live theme as new template files and stay editable in the Shopify theme editor; popups publish through a theme app embed you switch on from Comver. Default templates are never overwritten.
Marketing consent can be required per channel, marketing emails carry a signed unsubscribe link and SMS carries STOP instructions. Suppression is enforced in the dispatch layer before any provider call, with a manual suppression list per channel. That applies to buyers exactly as it applies to shoppers.
Counted and modelled are kept apart. Attributed revenue, sessions, views, submissions, rates and orders are counted from events and orders. Monthly opportunity and recoverable revenue are modelled from your own averages and carry the estimate mark. Where there is no data the interface shows an em dash, not a demo value.
All of Personalization. Segments, experiences, page variants, A/B tests, popups, journeys, campaigns and newsletters run on any Shopify store. What is missing until AI B2B Commerce arrives is the account model — companies, buyers, price lists and tiers — that the experiences would target.
