The revenue-recovery engine, pointed at your accounts
Comver AI B2B Commerce takes what Comver does for Shopify brands — the pipeline, the audiences, Callio’s call → text → email cascade, the storefront modules — and points it at companies, buyers, quotes and reorders.

These figures describe Comver AI Commerce as it ships today. AI B2B Commerce is a roadmap product — nothing on this page is a B2B measurement, screenshot or price.
One record per company, every buyer inside it
Today Customers puts every person who has ever touched a store into one of seven derived stages. AI B2B Commerce will do the same for companies: one record per account with its buyers, a stage worked out from orders, open quotes and catalog behaviour — Prospect account → Identified buyer → Quote requested → First PO → Reordering → Key account → Lapsing — and a next best action per account: call the buyer, send the price list, chase the open quote.
- Stages will be derived, never typed in — so the board will never disagree with Shopify
- Buyer sessions resolved to a company and a role, the way sessions resolve to people today
- Call, text, email, discount and tag from the record; a Callio campaign on any whole column
Accounts & buyers pipeline
ComingEvery company the store knows will sit in exactly one stage — worked out from orders, open quotes and catalog behaviour, never typed in.
- 1Prospect accountA company seen in the catalog — no buyer reached yet.
- 2Identified buyerA buyer with a name, a role and a company behind them.
- 3Quote requestedA quote is open — chase it before it goes cold. Chase the quote
- 4First POBought once — the reorder is the whole game.
- 5ReorderingOrdering on a rhythm and still active.
- 6Key accountThe revenue this catalog cannot afford to lose.
- 7LapsingOrdered before, gone quiet — call the buyer now. Call the buyer
A next best action per account, and a Callio campaign on any whole column — the way the Customers board already works for shoppers.
Recover the quote that went cold and the reorder that never came
DTC recovery is built around a cart left at checkout. B2B recovery is built around a quote left open and a reorder that is overdue. AI B2B Commerce will measure both from buyer behaviour and act on both with the same cascade.
When an account’s rhythm breaks, Callio will call — then text, then email
A reorder-due trigger will fire when an account’s usual ordering rhythm passes without a purchase order. Callio will call the buyer from a number your store owns, take the reorder on the phone and send the order link by SMS; if the call cannot connect, the text carries the link; if the phone cannot reach, the email does. The outcome will be written back to the account — counted only once an order followed.
Reorder recovery · one account
ComingCallio will phone the buyer whose quote is open — and take the reorder
Callio already phones the shoppers who left, texts when the call cannot connect and emails when the phone cannot reach; mid-call it can search the catalog and put a checkout link in the shopper’s hand before they hang up. For accounts it will run the same cascade with account context: the open quote, the usual order, the buyer’s role — and hand refunds, disputes and “I’d rather talk to my rep” to the rep who owns the account, transcript attached.
- Planned presets: Quote left open · Reorder due · Key account gone quiet · Rep-requested callback · New price list
- Reorder taken on the call, order link sent by SMS with email fallback — payment stays in Shopify checkout
- Guardrails always on: no invented prices, terms or discounts; AI disclosure and consent text built in
Key account gone quiet · calling the buyer from a number your store owns
“Hi Marta, it’s Callio. It has been a while since your last order — shall I raise the usual quantities and text you the order link, or would you rather your rep called back?”
Account campaigns · planned presets
Every preset calls first, texts when the call cannot connect and emails when the phone cannot reach — the cascade Callio runs for shoppers today.
The six storefront modules, re-cut for a catalog
Comver’s revenue modules are configured in Comver, not the theme editor, and each is measured by discount code or cart token. AI B2B Commerce will re-cut them for wholesale catalogs and add price-list personalization and spec-sheet-grade pages on top.
Price-list personalization
A distributor will see tiered pricing and pallet bundles; a new account will see onboarding proof — the segment → experience model Personalization is built on, pointed at price lists.
Volume-tier & pallet bundles
Bundling & Upsells will become tier bundles on the product page — the next tier, the case, the pallet — with the saving stated.
Reorder cart with tier progress
Cart Rewards will become a reorder cart: last order pre-loaded, progress to the next price tier, delivery and payment terms shown.
Rep-approved trade offers
Offers & Rewards will become a trade-offer drawer whose deals a rep approves per account — real Shopify codes, nothing invented.
Standing orders
Subscribe & Reward will become replenishment contracts on Shopify’s native subscriptions — no separate portal.
Verified-buyer proof
Trust AI will collect verified-buyer reviews, case studies and certifications with the same source and disclosure rules.
Quick-order bar
Sticky ATC will become a SKU + quantity quick-order bar that follows the buyer down the catalog.
Spec-sheet-grade pages
Creator will write outcome-led B2B pages — comparison tables, compliance and warranty blocks, downloadable specs — from its existing B2B / SaaS blueprint.
What ships today, and what it will become
Nothing in the left column is a promise — it is what Comver AI Commerce does for Shopify DTC stores now. The right column is the roadmap: the same mechanism, transposed to accounts.

Reps as workspace members who own accounts
A Comver workspace already has an owner, admins and members who see the same stores and reports. AI B2B Commerce will add rep seats: members who own a set of accounts, see their quotes, reorders and calls, and receive Callio’s exceptions for those accounts. Company accounts, locations and price lists will come from Shopify’s B2B APIs rather than a second system of record.
- Rep seats will be ordinary workspace members with account ownership — invited by work email, as today
- Callio’s “Needs a human” queue will route each case to the owning rep with the transcript and account attached
- Billing will stay in Shopify, like every other part of Comver

Frequently asked questions
The questions commerce teams ask before they start.
No. It is a roadmap product and no release date has been announced. What ships today is Comver AI Commerce for Shopify DTC stores; nothing in the product yet models companies, price lists, quotes, purchase orders or sales reps. This page describes what AI B2B Commerce will do, built on the engine that already exists.
Point the DTC engine at accounts: an accounts & buyers pipeline with derived stages and a next best action per account, buyer sessions resolved to a company and a role, a quote funnel that shows where buyers stall, Callio campaigns that recover open quotes and overdue reorders, price-list personalization, storefront modules re-cut for catalogs, and rep seats.
That is the plan. Callio already calls the shoppers who left, texts when the call cannot connect and emails when the phone cannot reach — from numbers and domains the store owns — and can search the catalog and send a checkout link mid-call. For accounts it will run the same cascade with account context and hand exceptions to the owning rep. Payment will stay in Shopify checkout.
Company accounts, locations and price lists live in Shopify’s B2B APIs, which are part of Shopify Plus, and the intention is to build on them rather than duplicate them. Exact requirements will be confirmed closer to release; joining the waitlist is the best way to hear first.
The same rule as the rest of Comver: recoverable revenue is an estimate, marked ≈ with its arithmetic shown; attributed revenue is counted only when an order followed a Callio message. Nothing is blended, and nothing is shown until real buyer sessions and orders arrive.
Comver AI Commerce runs on any Shopify store: the seven-stage Customers pipeline, Callio’s campaigns and storefront chat, the revenue modules and the workspace roles (owner, admin, member) all work for a store that sells to businesses. Creator (Beta) also ships a B2B / SaaS page blueprint. What is missing until AI B2B Commerce arrives is the account model — companies, buyers, quotes, price lists and reps.
A short conversation with the team about your catalog, price lists, quoting and reps. There is no commitment; waitlist members hear about early access first and shape which parts are built and validated before others.
No. Pricing will be announced with the release. Like every other part of Comver, billing will stay in Shopify.
